Introducing DriverLog by Wireless Links.

The industries simplest to operate yet most complete fully FMCSA compliant HOS application.

DriverLog can be installed on any Android device and is fully integrated with Wireless Links Fleet.net fleet management server providing the dispatcher with complete visibility of the status of every driver in the HOS cycle including replay of history and comprehensive reports.

For integrators and software developers, Wireless Links offers Plug & Play seamless integration of DriverLog into any 3rd party under affordable licensing plan.

One of the DriverLog’s major advantages is its automatic data protection. The HOS data from the Android device is continuously uploaded and stored on the Fleet.net server. The HOS data on the Android device is continuously and automatically synchronized with the data stored on the server. In a case where the driver loses or breaks the device; when logging in from a new device with the correct credentials, the server will automatically download to the new device current and historical data allowing seamless operation.

DriverLog has three optional modes of operation and communication:

  1. DriverLog is installed on an Android tablet that has no cellular modem.
The driver will record the HOS on the tablet that is Off-Line. The data will be processed and displayed on the device but the Fleet.Net server will be updated and synchronized with the HOS data only. When the Android tablet has reached an area with Wi-Fi coverage where it can register, the data accumulated on the Android tablet can be uploaded to the Fleet.Net server.
  2. DriverLog is installed on an Android smart Phone with a cellular data plan.
The Android smart phone is communicating real time with the Fleet.net server via the smart phone’s cellular data plan and is fully synchronized with the server. The major advantage of this option is that the dispatcher has REAL-TIME VISIBILITY of the status of every driver in the HOS cycle. Optionally the smart phone may also be used to send GPS data to the Fleet.net server.
  3. Piccolo Plus for Fleet managements and WIFI router.
In this option; Piccolo Plus – The industry’s most innovative GPS unit is installed in the truck. In addition to the Piccolo Plus being an advanced GPS unit with functions such as: Engine Diagnostics, Driver Behavior, IO’s, PTO’s for Lift Monitoring, Temperature Monitoring and much more, the Piccolo Plus is also a WIFI Hot Spot. It routes the HOS data from the Android tablet to the internet via cellular communication. This option, in addition to the advanced and comprehensive fleet management functionalities offered by Fleet.net, the dispatcher has real time visibility of the HOS shift and cycle status of each driver (See Fleet.net screen below). One of the major advantages of this option is that only one SIM is needed for both GPS fleet management and HOS functionalities.
